The End of a year

The new year just hours away and as I sit here alone and relect as they sleep like angels. I realize what a hectic time it has been. Liams first year at school a huge milestone as he fast approaches 3. I would say its time for another. haha tongue in cheek.. Both are growing so fast and as difficult as things can be, I do appreciate the fact that i have 2 gorgeous children who are healthy and sharp as tacks! I wouldnt have it any other way, The chaos wont last forever right? I will look back at these times when I dont have babies any more. A resolution this year is too remind myself of this. Now as I retire at 9.27 pm on New years eve (IKNOW!) I look forward to what tomorrow brings and hope I can continue to learn a lesson in love, tolerance and understanding from them. See you in 2009

Ok, I promise the New year will be more frequent!!

Life has been crazy busy the past couple of month. Busy with work and trips to Disney. The kids are getting so grown up in many ways. Liam has become such hard work.. Whoever said boys are easy! Ill post some pics of the little darlings...

Jumping into fall

Here we are Halloween done and Thanksgiving fast approaching, I have been grossly neglecting my blogging duties and documenting anything my kids say or do as Im so busy with the biz, awesome I know but a little depressing that my own kids are on the side lines. Any how I am just going to go with what I have, A trip to Disney coming up which is very exciting but I am a little sad that I can no longer use as a threat. Ahh well Santa is just around the corner..

First big boy swim class

This he didnt cry about, such a water baby, they both are really excellent swimmers which I hope will continue since Liam almost drowned this summer while I sat and watched it..! Took a dive with swimmies off and sunk to the bottom. Thanks to Grace for her "HES SINKING" screams. All was well but very scary..

A lot of firsts!!

We will start with the kids going back to school. Grace started last Monday and didnt miss a beat. We are both much happier with her there.. Liam started Weds, quite traumatic. Screams bloody murder. Shocking I know!. He loves the back pack and snack, but clearly tells me "dont wamp to go, I cwy"

Upside down blog

I am going to start by just posting pics from throughout the summer. Life has been incredibly busy and im happy to get back to some routine. Yay for school. It will be in no particular order.

Where have I been!!

Ballet Recital 2008

Grace had her dance recital last night, she was fabulous of course... Her words " There was no stage fright"

"Annual Avalon start the summer off trip"

This week we went to visit Anna at her Mimi's house in Avalon. As usual the girls had a blast. Liam cant wait for Jack to be big enough so he doesnt have to torture the girls alone. The weather was breezy to say the least and a little chilly, but that didnt stop the girls getting wet. CRAZY!!

New Wheels!!

aww, new bikes this Memorial Weekend.. They love them and Grace can already ride hers like a champ, and has had hers confiscated for bad behaviour (spraying sunscreen on the laptop!!)

I love it when they get something they love then it really works as a punishment. Yay for all of us..

The Tale of Fuzzy.

Grace was delighted today to find a pet all of her own, Fuzzy. She found Fuzzy on the tarmac of the Saturn Dealership and nursed and cuddled this caterpillar for an hour, she loved him and had dreams of taking him home and letting him sleep on her belly!!

Alas life with Fuzzy was cut short when she inadvertantly dropped Fuzzy and stepped on him. It was a crushing moment literally.. Yet another dramatic moment in a day of her life.. I cant imagine what tomorrow will bring..

Out Cold!

I dont think Liam has slept in my arms since he was an infant, let alone while in a restaurant..

Another "Big" Milestone

As you can tell from prior posts, Liam has decided he is no longer a baby and will climb out of his crib.. We finally broke down and put him in his big boy bed, its so sad the crib has gone and now here he is. At least he looks little to me again. He has adjusted fabulously and doesnt even torture me by getting in and out so we will take the blessings where we get them...

Always seems like a good idea at the time!
